      Wild night: Bat walk

Explore the reserve at night to see and hear the different types of bats found here. Up to five species of these fascinating nocturnal creatures could be spotted, including the rare Nathusius Pipistrelle bat which has only been found at two sites in Fife and Kinross. Please note this event will only be cancelled in the event of extreame weather conditions.  FAQs What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? The reserve is well signposted two miles east of Junction 5 of the M90. Once on the slip road, turn left if coming from the north (Perth), turn right if coming from the south (Edinburgh), then take a left turn and then a right turn onto the B9097, signposted Scotlandwell and Glenrothes. Drive for approximately two miles. The nature centre car park is on the south (right) side of the road. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You don't need to bring your ticket to the reserve - we have a list and will know to expect you. If you have seclected the discounted rate for RSPB members then please bring your membership card to the event.
